Ruben Rubio brings four years of real estate experience to the table, including two years as a licensed realtor. His journey in the industry began on the renovation side, where he worked as a project manager on single-family homes for a local fix-and-flip buyer. This role provided him with invaluable insights into the buyer’s perspective of a deal.
After gaining experience, Ruben obtained his real estate license and began sourcing deals for his former employer and other buyers in the area. Eventually, he branched off on his own and is now thriving at Blackhorne, where he continues to grow and develop his career.
Outside of work, Ruben grew up in Chandler but left after high school to serve in the Marine Corps for five years. He returned in 2017, attended Arizona State University, and started working in real estate in 2020, right at the onset of COVID. Initially seeking a job that would get him out of the house, he quickly fell in love with real estate for its tangible nature and competitive spirit. Ruben’s diverse background and dedication to the industry make him a valuable asset to the Blackhorne team.
